I hate some of the typical complaints. At first nothing changed, but suddenly after 2 months all complaints subsided. No hot flashes at night, no chest pains.. the quality of life is restored with the product and this phase of life can therefore also be felt more comfortably. I would like to point out that I have been taking vitamins and minerals for a long time (3-4 years) for health reasons.
MENAPUL has definitely had a positive effect on my sleeping behavior – I only wake up once. With regard to vaginal problems, unfortunately I have not noticed any significant improvement. (Unfortunately, the flexibility of the vaginal entrance has not increased – I still have to supplement with other products). Before, I had only very rare episodes of vaginal discharge, etc. – nothing has changed. They come now and then – or not.
What I have noticed though (and please don’t take me for….) – the hair on my head is sprouting more beautifully than ever before and slightly incipient “receding hairline” has filled in.
