- Customers will be required to present all possible proofs for claiming a return/refund.
- Returns will only be accepted if the products delivered are damaged, incorrect or an error made on our end.
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we reserve the right to refuse returns if we are not informed of your intention to return prior.
- Any refunds will be processed within 30 working days from the agreed/confirmation date.
